Balloon Launcher

Weighing in at 10 pounds, this 7 foot tall launcher holds the rocket in its frame while the balloons take it up to launch altitude at the same time that it holds the rocket between its four adjustable guides. This vehicle can take varying diameter rockets, mainly dependant on the size of the fins.
